Thanks! yes this picture was taken outdoors then i cropped out just the flower in Photoshop. |

you have nice composition.
you need to work a bit more on selections. your edges are pretty jagged. and the scaling on that HDTV one is off. Try to maintain the height and width of a picture by holding the shift key when are scaling it out or in. but I think the biggest thing is the selections, try to make them a bit cleaner. Otherwise, you are on a wonderful start
