Help Please,

I'm trying to find layouts in Picture Package which I saved under different names for different layouts but cannot access them in Picture Package. When I click the layout tab, the drop down list only shows the current layout and the Page size drop down list only seems to show Adobe's std. sizes. Where are the custom sizes saved and how do I access them.

Also is there a way to change CS2 from displaying all measurements in Inches to cm.
