Hi all.

I am using Photoshop 7.0 my favorite version. i am a wedding album designer. my problem is, after doing all works in photoshop file i will save as jpg format for printing, after saved i opened the jpg file that became corrupt like a grey line on the picture, like partially recovered jpg file. i tried many image viewer application no use.

and if i open the photoshop file after save, it shows error like "This document may be damaged (the file may be truncated or incomplete"

my files are more than 50 MB, i have dual core processor, 2GB ram , i reinstalled the XP SP-2, and all drivers including updated video drivers, scanned virus , but no use.

anybody please help me out ..?

Could you have a corrupt drive?
Run Chkdsk.exe

Try saving to another drive even a USB thumb drive.

Clear your temp file
Clear your PS temp file.

Try resetting your PS preference file.

please help me , i installed a new windows seven and the problem is still there.
