Hi I'm new to these forums but I'm having a bizarre problem while trying to load a profile in Photoshop.
We use sublimation inks in an epson printer so we have to create our own profiles (we use an eye-one spectrometer). We tried to create a new profile today and that was successfull, we can select the loaded profile correctly but when we print, everything is way off. The images are so off that it almost seems as if it's completely ignoring the profile that we made and using the original epson drivers. The bizarre part is that when we tell it to ignore the created profile and print with the original drivers, it prints good. Sublimation inks print completely hay-wire without a created profile, so what's going on?
The only conclusion that we can come to at this point is that Photoshop is simply corrupt. I guess were going to try and reload photoshop, but before we do that are there any suggestions?
