I want to blend grass in with a piece of paper from a book


how do I do it?

Maybe try duplicating the layer of grass, desaturating it, removing midtones to leave strong shadows and highlights. Then this can be used as a base for layer mask on paper layer. Gradients or soft brushes will need to be used and merged with the grass mask layer to make the effect appear only where you want it to.
