Hi
With any image opened in Photoshop CS5 (x64), Clicking File---> File Info... just shows me a blank dialog box that contains nothing. Same behavior also in Bridge CS5. What might be the reason? and most importantly, how to fix this without doing a complete uninstall and then a re-install? (which is a big pain in the neck)

PS I'm running Windows 7 x64 and that dialog box was showing up before correctly and I really don't know what happened all of a sudden to have it not working now. I never mess with my PC. All what I did was updating camera raw to version 6.2 and adobe player for embedding for both PsCS5 and bridge CS5 and also an update for Bridge CS5.

I tried restoring all the contents of the folder called "Custom File Info Panels" located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\XMP from an old image for my C: drive in which I am sure that the file info dialog box was working OK in that image file but still the same issue!! (I wished I can restore this image file but it's too old for me to restore)

Thanks in advance.
