I'm sure there is a quick fix for this, but I have been unable to find it online. Hope someone can help. During lunch everything was working well. I created a multilayer image, dragging and dropping several images onto a background. Left the computer, student got on and uploaded pics, tech guy came and updated my flash drive. I got back on, reopened photoshop and when I drag an image and drop it, it goes to black and white. Likewise, I tried to use the gradiant tool and it only functions in black and white. I shut down photoshop and tried again, thinking it might be a glitch, but apparently not. Does anyone know what setting might have been tweeked, so I can "untweek?" Thanks!

Welcome to the forums ontheroad, it may be a little tricky to pin down. A tried and tested method would be to trash your preference file within Photoshop. Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift whilst clicking on the Photoshop .exe/shortcut.

Other solutions would include questions, such as what colour space are you working in, version of Photoshop etc.... suppose we see if the preferences work.
