ok so i found these

and i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the color to glow like that?

not sure, but try going to image, adjustments, hue/saturation

if colors dont work... check colorize at the bottom right

tell me if it works

I think they played with the brightness.. they made a whole lot brighter than it was.. Like f!ss!on said you can find that with hue/saturation and at teh same time adjust the colors.

oh i figured it out, they used the color adjustment and a glow tutorial, but im still wondering how they got the white and blue and they pink and other color in 1 pic.

That is probably done with another layer on top with those colors on and just overlaying it.. my guess..
