There is just one more thing I am stuck on. I am trying to change the attached image of a white boy to make him a black boy. If anyone could help me change his skin colour so it looks realistic and not fake I would be very grateful. I have been playing with this for a few hours but can’t get anything that looks right.

Thanks for the try, but I still feel it looks a little fake. What do you think?

I can't be subjective since I know that it's fake. To get a unbiased opinion, you might ask someone who doesn't know that it's been Photoshopped.

It's really a matter of genes, ethnicity etc, you could not make me look like another race convincingly because of inherent traits. Hair, lips, ears etc.
It's a thankless task.
