ive been trying to get this affect but cant figure out how.
im talking about the airbrush or painted affect all the images in the picture have! ( like what i mean by that is how the picture looks different. all the things clearly have a haze look to it)

im new to this... dont know what im doing and dont know the wording and lingo that this is used for this kind of stuff.


whAT I Really would like if someone could breakdown the mixtape cover picture in the link.

tell me how they did it, what affects they used, how they made all the images blend together like that.

appreciate the help

I had a go at getting the airbrush/paint/drawn look. Used Redfield Fractalius and Topaz Adjust. Both are filters you have to buy Frown
