Dear Forum, I would be grateful for help with the following:

Over the years I have upgraded PS several times and now I am stuck with all the PS iterations on my hard drive. Is there a way where, when I install the latest upgrade, that I can get rid of the previous upgrades? I'm about to upgrade to PhotoShop CS5 so it's important to me to have the latest working copy on the hard drive only, if at all possible.

Thanks in advance, Frank.

If you have previous versions of Photoshop installed, such as Photoshop 7, or Photoshop CS2, you can delete any instance of older versions than the one you currently have installed. Leave updates to your current version but remove any other instance of Photoshop you find.

Hope that helps.

You would think if its an upgrade then all you would have to have is a old serial number to authenticate that you are upgrading, and not a hard drive filled with the outdated files.

Anyway this may help...
