Having recently installed CS4 on my laptop and imported the first image,the image is split into four quarters with a diagonal line across each quarter and half of each quarter is blacked out.
Any suggestions please.
Laptop spec. Intel core 2 Duo 2Gb processor
2 Gb Ram
ATI Mobility radeon HD2600 Graphics

Update the graphics driver.

Make sure you check the Radeon site for updates, not the computer mfr. site.

That's the solution that usually works, beyond that suggestion I'm at a loss.

Many thanks,initially checked drivers via device manager and confirmed up to date.
Radeon could not assist so went to Toshiba driver downloads and updated.
