I suppose as always with PS there are a thousand ways to do things, if there is better (in a way I hope it's me fudging) please interject.
My method means you need to know your output size (in your case you state A4) and to crop/size your images accordingly, I hope earlier posts made that clear.
Going to File>Print (see attached picture) >Print Settings>Layout...
Not sure if there are other methods that are more expedite as I don't print at any level. I hope others will jump in to correct me or advise other methods.
