Slicing template, need to slice text?

Please look at my attached jpg to see the preview.

I've created numerous pages using Photoshop CS5 & now I'm going to begin slicing the pages but I just wanted to know - as you can see in the preview - I have text in my pages as well. Should I remove this text before slicing - & then add it back later in Dreamweaver - or should I slice along with the text * create individual slices for the text too?

I'm new to this so might sound a bit foolish.

Purists would remove the text and add it in dreamweaver. Realizing you cant select text because its a picture sucks.

Also if you meant slicing up the areas of text just to define a region for it, not to have the text as pic, then i say yes.
