Won't open?? You are aware that Topaz is a filter plugin and should be in the filter menu of Photoshop... |

Yes I do know that but it won't copy and paste into plugin folder or anything so I ahve no idea whats wrong. |

It should have placed a shortcut into the plug-in folder in PS. Do you have a previous version of PS installed? If so it's possible it installed it there.
If it's not there you should be able to add it yourself. |
