would anyone be willing and/or able to manipulate the attached invite so we can use it as our daughters 1st birthday invitation?

They are not good quality images. If you're scanning them you need to use a higher resolution, around 300 dpi.
If you copied them from the internet they'll not be very clear, and there isn't much that can be done about it.
The only other choice is to reproduce the whole thing from scratch which would take some work. |

It's not going to make any visible difference, one image is 26.69kb the other is 27.18kb. |
