Hi there,
I have an image of a white man and a mixed race woman. I am trying to make the mixed race woman look more like a black woman. Can someone suggest the best way to do this?
Thanks!

I have knocked up a quick and dirty example of what can be achieved with use of Gradient Mapping. I won't bore you with a complete tutorial as there are loads out there already, but it will give you an idea of what could be realised with time and patience.
The basis is change to LAB colour space, desaturate and then apply a Gradient Map with corresponding skin tones, then apply a Colour Blend mode and a lot of masking.
