I download my pictures on Canon Digital Photo Professional where they look awesome. However when I later transfer them to CS4 the picture quality diminishes considerably showing less sharpness, darker colors (not all of them), and a weird red color specially on skin between darks and brights. This is only noticeable when zooming in. I can't send you a sample because wherever I upload the image looks fine. For ex. in Facebook, Windows Explorer, gmail, etc, pictures look ok.
I thought it was my 5 year old PC which by the way was infected with virus and had to be put on factory settings to make it work again. However same thing happens on my new Sony laptop.
I don't think it has something to do with monitor calibration because the problem happens only with PSCS4.
