I'm designing a book cover in CS3. I had a picture and about ten layers. Now, all I have is the layers, no picture. It's the same with all the versions I've saved.
What am I doing wrong? I know the pictures there somewhere but I can't find it. Even after shutting the program down.

I got desperate and reinstalled and everything was working fine. At the time I was trying to cut out a picture using quick selection.
After a short break, I had no pictures.
I very rarely use photoshop and thought i was doing well with layers up to that point.
When I clicked on one of my projects, it indicated there was a picture, but it just didn't show up. All my layers were there.
