You may have heard of Portsmouth FC, you may have not..
But we have seen our side be put into administration, at one point ever so nearly liquidation (the club would no longer exist after being founded in 1898) and on Saturday we were relegated from the Premier League. On Sunday, we faced Tottenham Hotspur to gain a place in the FA Cup Final. We were major underdogs and we won 2-0! As a fan, this season has been hard to take, unbearable at times.. but the atmosphere was electric at times and in front of 84,000 people and millions across the globe we entered England's most famous competition's final against Chelsea FC.

It's a shame that Portsmouth were docked the points, it does seem a shame that the FA kick teams when they are down (literally in this case).

Yeah, especially after the FA's 'Fit and Proper person test' which took so long for Al Fahim that all investors left during the process, and failed so much that a man never seen in England and only ever seen in 1 photograph that was on the internet managed to take over our club. |
