Printing Problems with PVC Card Machine will only print Gray

I have a Data Card ImageCard E PVC card printer, The printer will print in color and works fine, But when I try to print in Potoshop it will print only black and white, this printer uses a ink ribbon, i have tried a few settings using it in cmyk , (not the RGB) but It will still print in black and white, This may be some simple setting that I am not finding because I can even use MS paint to print in color on this machine, if you guys could help that would be greatly apeciated ,
