As far as I can remember it has never been confirmed that we will see this in CS5, but most likely will. If they do add it, I hope they don't forget the all layer option.

Content Aware Fill, seems a vast improvement and would certainly help me in my work flow.

I'm always a little weary of automated tools that clain to do this sort of thing.....but, I've got to say this looks amazing. Love the thing he did with the panorama, that's going to be some solution for those of us not wanting to crop.
