This is a very good portrait. I like the subtle shadows and highlights.

but her nose perspectively seems to be a bit incorrect - its frontal, but her face is not.
but nevertheless its great, i like it. |

Thanks for all the critiques, they really help. Often others see the things I can't because I've been working them too hard. I'm trying to improve these as I go.
