I think what the forum needs is a matching BOARD. i mean, (no offense  ) the header and the boards dont really match. u got some red in the header... apply some red to the boards, too. I think that would make it look very nice 
that is, of course, just my opininon.

Well, that's a bit off topic, but no big deal. You see, as Adam told me and I agree with his sense of design in this area, Red is an accent color. It isn't meant to be everywhere. It's on the badge at the top and bottom of the forum. Its the color of the word "Forums" and it is the New Topic, Post Reply and Closed buttons as well as the Navigate graphic in the header. Plus, it is the mouse over link color.
