i have a photo i would like to sharpen because it has low pixelization. i found it on the internet, and i have no previous photoshop experience, so i have no idea how to improve picture quality. i attatched the photo that i need to fix. i am a permanent makeup artist and i love the picture of the eybrows i found and would like to turn the picture into a tattoo template, but in order to do that i need to sharpen the photo so i can really see each individual hair. if anybody could do this for me i would GREATLY appreciate it!!!
ps- the picture attatched needs to be resized larger, so that the eyebrows are about as large as an actual brow. i opened the picture in irfanview and zoomed in on it 2x and it was the ideal size, but the brows were too blurry |
