How do I add word wrap when I select the text tool.
Currently I can only type one line at time. For some reason its not word wraping. So if I want to type a list of names, I can't, I would have to do one at a time.
I'm using Photoshop 7.

You can solce this by hitting 'enter' each time you want to go to the next line. It needs to be the 'enter' next to your letters on your keyboard, the other on (next to the numbers will end your inputting)
Hope it helps! _________________ Witam

A better way to do this is by selecting your text tool, clicking and dragging to make a box. Your text will then stay within whatever the area of the box is. You can change the size of the box without warping the text by selecting the text tool and moving the corners of the box to make it bigger. This method also allows you to justify text like in a newspaper column. You can find all the cool alignment stuff in the paragraph pallette (Window -> Paragraph)
Hope that helped! _________________ Best Regards,

Okay, I tried what all you guys said and when I create a text box and start to type list of names it doesn't happen.
If want to type this
Greg
Billy
Jane
John
Timmy
Photoshop doesn't do anything after I press enter after type Greg. Is there a preference setting that is preventing me from doing this???
Help! |

Just in case you are doing this on a Mac, hit the "Return" key, not the "Enter" key. _________________ I know I'm your hero. |

Well I'm using a laptop so there is only the enter next to the letters. I don't have number pad so I don't have an enter there.
So with that said any ideas???
Maybe I have to uninstall and reinstall?

Even with Numlock on or off, when I press ENTER it does not go to the next line.
Very odd.....
