It depends on what you did if you drew the figure then it's really very good if you just added the effects then I find it a little fussy and I'm not sure what your trying to achieve?
It is hard to tell you how to do things better as I'm not sure what your trying to do?

This is an excellent piece. I love the sparks and glow. If it were me--and this is only a matter of taste, I think I would add a bit more glow behind the sparkles just to enhance. But again, it's only a matter of my taste, and isn't necessary for the work.
What's your first language by the way?
