The technique is wonderful. You have an awesome eye for detail. I especially like the blond highlighted lashes. Good touch. The control you maintained on all the lashes is very nice.
Just an opinion, the eyebrow looks a bit heavy. You might want to try a series of thinner lines on a layer, then build it up gradually. Great job though.

Good job and as said above the eyebrow needs some work done on it. I think it also has too much of an arch on it like the person is surprised but the eye shape hasn't changed to match it. It could also be brought nearer the eye.
