Okay, I have gotten the seemingly common problem of CS3's "The licensing subsystem has catastrophically failed," and it wouldn't uninstall or reinstall. I know how to fix that now, but it's a bit late because I was very, very stupid thing and tried to fix it myself. I deleted all of the program files for PS, thinking it would just remove the problem entirely.
Then I tried to install it again from the disc - which worked fine until absolutely nothing happened after the initialization process. I just thought "Oh, my computer's just acting stupid again," so I started the installation process again only to find a message saying that I can only install one Adobe product at a time. It still says that after numerous shutdowns and restarts. Oh, and on a side note, even after deleting the program files, Photoshop CS3 still in the uninstall/change program options in the control panel.
So, what do I even begin to do to fix this? Any help is appreciated, thank you. |
