I'm brand new to this forum and have little experience using photoshop for graphics. I don't know how to move a graphical button created in photoshop to a webpage without bringing along the background.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance. David _________________ David L Phelps

real easy.
just make the background transparent in photoshop, then save as, and select .png
this will give you a picture file with a transparent background.
then you can do with it what you like. |

Deactivate the layers that you dont want (click on the eye next to the layer to deactivate it) and then use "save for web" and select png-8. For best results, use the background color that your button is going to be going on as the matte color in the "save for web" dialog box. This will help blend it better. _________________ www.splitlightdesigns.com
