okay, First of all... thanks for the help last time, you guys are awesome.
And now the problem, I need to rotate this shape (Photoshop 7.0 > Pen Tool > Custom Shape Tool > Talk 1

As i gather you added the shape on top of your jpg without putting it on a seperate layer. The best thing to do is start over. Load your jpg, make a new layer, add the shape on that one and rotate it (edit/transform/rotate).

Witam beat me to it. The shape tool will automatically create it's own layer, so there should be no problems.
