When I click on Help (F1 or Help > Photoshop Help) I'm taken to this link:

http://help.adobe.com/en_us/photoshop/11.0/search.html?ah_ion=true

which is broken--I get a "Not Found" message. The same thing happens when I try to access online help from Adobe's own Photoshop page. I can't find anything anywhere on this issue and SURELY I can't be the only one who's having trouble with this link. I've had no success trying to post on Adobe's forums. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!
