how do i change my picture image file size while keeping my dimentions to a fixed pixels?
what i need is:
1. The maximum image file size is 240 kilobytes
2. Minimum acceptable dimensions are 600 pixels (width) x 600 pixels (height).
i'm new to photoshop so please let me know how to change that step by step in photoshop.

Hi! you can reduce your file size or weight during the file save option(Save for web) in photoshop. If you are need to save the file in .jpg format you can easily choose the compression quality from the drop down list and you done.

To change the dimensions of your picture, open Image > Image Size... and adjust the pixel dimensions.
