Photo shop Elements won't start because of missing files(s)I have reinserted the disc. the disc seems to be repairing the problem but the program stalls and ask to to insert disc. the disc has already to begin the repairing process. Without inserting the already inserted disc I am back to square one. Can anyone help its getting frustrating.

Have you tried completely removing Elements and starting fresh?

If I start a fresh would all the images in photo shop element be deleted. I can download the images to an external hard drive if necessary
