Hi - can anybody help me please?
My Photoshop CS3 Extended software has suddendly got a blip. It won't let me open, copy or save images. I can open images through the Bridge but after working on them if I click on Save or Save as, a box fleetingly appears then disappears and Photoshop freezes. It's the same if I try to copy an image ..... any ideas?

First thing I would do is restart the computer and see if the problem still exists.

Deleteing the preferences file has also been known to cure unusual behavior.

Hold down the three modifier keys Ctrl-Alt-Shift in Windows (Command-Option-Shift in the Mac) while starting up Photoshop. You'll get a pop-up box asking if you want to delete the settings file, say yes.

Restart Photoshop.

Close Photoshop.

Go to C:/Documents and Settings/your user name/application data/AdobePhotoshop/Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings

Delete the file named Adobe Photoshop CS3 Prefs.psp

Restart Photoshop.
