or could someone make something simillar with ZaInM in the picture ?

the easiest way is to find a circular item that you want to use like the OUTER black part.

Then you create a glass button / glass ball (google glass button or glass ball tutorial)

Once you get that far, let me know and I'll help you with the rest.

to do what you want, you need to stop at stage 4 ... that gives you your orb (of course there are tons of ways to add more texture etc... just by playing).

then you take your HORIZONTAL TYPE MASK in the font you want to use and type your name ZaInM ...

then copy and paste then lighten and you'll get a similar effect to the one in your initial image.

then just find something larger to put your red orb on to make it more like your initial image

I'm not positive that that is a photoshop design ... it might be a picture of something from a museum and then given texture and what not in photoshop. Otherwise it would be an artistic piece of work and I would say that someone did 1/4 of it and then copied and rotated the other 3 pieces to create it and then cleaned up.
