This is one way. New file, add a blank layer. Use the rectangle marque to make a long thin selection. Fill it with the color you want.
Hold ctrl+alt and drag to create a duplicate shape. Continue doing this all the way across the canvas. Try to get the spacing even.
Now apply the filter Distort-Polar Coordinates (tick- rectangle to polar). |
