Problem with Photoshop scratch disc file

My second HDD recently failed, and now Photoshop won't open anymore, because the scratch file was located on this disc.
It says "Could not open a scratch file because the file could not be found". I tried to reset the settings with Ctrl-Alt-Shift, but without success. I looked in the Registry too, but couldn't find anything useful.
Do I need to reinstall Photoshop, or is there any easier (and faster) solution ?

Now it works Open Mouth Smile
The problem was that i had redirected the Temp folder to the same drive too. Now i changed it to the drive that is working and Photoshop starts now.
