hey, sorry for the nature of the annoying request but let me explain please.
My best friends dog passed away a couple of days ago, and he was pretty much family to all of us. my friend is very sad. yesterday i discovered a couple of pics of my friend and his dog that i took around a month ago, the last pics taken of Grizmo (the dog)
the pics are in good/okay quallity but since its a camera phone and in the dark there are some wierd green lines on the pic, i want those removed, the picture resized to 800X600 (800pixles is about 20CM right?) and then
ill have it printed and framed.
If anyone can do this or even explain how, that would mean alot to me.

I denoised them, lightened them removed some green and yellow, and resized to 180 ppi which should give you a decent quality print at about 20 cm. But they are not good quality photos to begin with, so there is only so much that can be done.
