A girl sent me a fuzzy/blurry picture, ive got no idea who she is and was wondering if there is any way to sharpen this picture so i can see who it is :/?

You can't make a blurry picture not blurry with Photoshop. |

The only software that might help is onOne photo tune:
http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=27
or topaz labs might have something.
you can download trial versions on either site for 30 days after that you will need to buy, but they are inexpensive ps plugins.
but looking at the image it is probably a lost cause. |
