I upgraded to PSE 7 recently. Installation completed normally without issue. The application works great, except Photmerge Panorama, the key feature in my decision to upgrade. Whenever I try to create a new panorama in Full Edit, the program returns an error in a window titled "Error":
Error 1: Unable to create Window
- Internal error.

And the "Send error report to Microsoft" popup appears. The Editor closes and I'm dumped back to the Organizer.
I've posted two requests to the Adobe.com support section for PSE that promises a reply within 24 hours. The more recent remains unanswered after 6 days. |
