after installing photoshop cs4 on my laptop with windows vista 64 system , I've recived this msg on starting it
please help me to solve it |

I know..actually I've contact them by email and phone , but no one among their ideas solved the issues. then they told me to contact HP the manufactures of my laptop
when I contact them they returned me to adobe |

That stinks, I hate Adobe support.
I assume your laptop meets the minimum requirements for PS. Adobe should have at least verified that much.
Anyway, try the Adobe Photoshop forum. It's a user to user forum but sometimes you can get more help from them, than you get from Adobe.
