Well, i started about a two weeks ago and thanks to this site, good tutorials and hours of surfin i've learnt so much my crainium hurts.
My goal is to self teach myself to do my own comics via PS but i figured i would start small and begin with the Signatures and work my way up.

So i am able to create some simple but still good looking sigs.......my problem....and again please exscuse the ignorance is how to properly save your work when its done?

When i click on the "Save As" option it does not give me an option to convert it to a Jpeg?

How do i make them into Jpegs?
What are the other options and what would the benifits be to use them?

Thanks for all your help

well 'save as' will allow you to only save your file as a *.psd. What I use is i flick on file and then save for web...on the right there are your settings, and then click save when your done...you can save it as an image (*.jpg) or html, or both
