I would remove the gray line between them, and replace with an embossed edge on the top lion. and round out the belly areas.

Thanks iDad,
I am not to fond of the image, but I had the client right beside me the whole time telling me what to do and how to make it look, and they loved it and payed me, so what can I do?

He actually had someone else rough out the idea.
So he put two of us through the process of creating this.. this.... image, "yeah thats the ticket".
I just imported the jpg of the lions and modeled them and the text, and the "Log" they sit on.
I should have stated that from the start, they are not my lions
