Hey!
I'm new to this forum and Photoshop CS4, and have picked up on how to use photoshop quite quickly.
Here's my neon glowing text that resembles those ever-popular window fixtures 
I was going to add a background and add some lighting effects to it but i couldn't find a decent one.
What do you guys think? could you suggest a background or anything i could do to make it look better?
