Hi iDad, no not "like this" exactly that, that is what I was wanting to do myslef but didn't know how to, I have only been using PS for about 2 week's now and I'm still getting there, this is why I cam to the forum.

I wll do, and now I'm going to try and make an avatar, and PSE 7 dose have the lens flare effect, just in case any one asked you again.
Filter > Render > lens flare effect. |
