looks like 3 circles criss crossing themselves, you see them? one in the center and 2 on the sides

I think looking at this image is like looking at fluffy clouds... It can be whatever you want it to be. (To be honest I though it was a hand lighting a lighter, but maybe I was just craving a cigarette...)
Point is it's not supposed to be anything. I think it's all there to serve as some sort of an abstract exotic background. Try messing with some random pictures, and put them together. Change the coloring to go with your theme and mess with some of the blending modes. Sometimes making stuff like this isn't about process, it's about trial. It doesn't always have to BE something or have there be a way to do it. Images like this fuel your creativity and inspire.
Do your best to duplicate the theme and if it doesn't work out you might just get something cooler. Keep your eyes and mind open and trust what you like.
