Well. Name's Wildfire, otherwise known as that crazy phpBB hacker, or Sara if you feel the need for a real name (yes, hacker of the female persuasion, we do exsist).
I do a lot of web work through my own little company Winternight Technologies where I periodically create sites for friends and occasionally the paying customer, but more write custom modules for other peoples sites, phpBB or otherwise, and try not to crash the server.
Personally, I also run Macross Generations, and a catch all site of my randomness, WinternightEX and sysop for a couple of sites that I can't list as the domain names are currently trying to be pried from the grasp of certain uncooperative registrars.
Current projects include learning the Mambo portal system, learning Perl, finishing the phpBB Character Database Mod and attempting to impart some order to WinternightEX so it becomes something better than the equivalent of the junk drawer it is at the moment.
Just followed Patrick's little linkover from phpBBhacks, and hope to learn if not specifics general techniques to help out on making my graphics look a bit more polished and take a lot less time _________________ Winternight Technologies - Comprehensive web solutions |
