My question is, i don't get what they want me to download or why, can anyone help?

Drivers are what make things work and manufacturers update them from time to time to keep up with the latest software. They want you to download the latest drivers for your video card to make CS4 work to it's full potential.
If you have a brand name PC, you can probably just go to the PC mfrs. site.
Or find out what make video card you have and go to their site to check for updated drivers. |

It just means you should update your graphics car, you can press the "No" option. Unless youd like to update it |
