Hello and welcome, juicywizzard. :) Everyone starts somewhere, you get better through experience. :)

Regarding the first image, when it comes to improvement, I would start with the edges of the fox, which are jagged. They should be smooth.

It may just be me, but I don't think the font used for "Fox Racing" really fits with the style of the fox, but's a matter of opinion. The bevel (?) style is something that you don't see too much, as well.

I'm not sure if I like the glow, either. Might try reducing it or seeing what it looks like without it.

I hope that this helps! :)

Thanks,

Patrick

erm, nope, I'm seeing clownfish .... I think Patrick may just be all stressed out ... he's talking foxes and and something about racing .... what the heck? LOL @ Patrick .... did you post in the wrong place buddy?

The clownfish work looks pretty cool .... I don't see much that you could do better .... did you use magic wand or quick mask? Or did you do it another way?

LOL!

Ok so as we ARE talking about clown fish, I hope you added the color to a separate layer. I'd go in and lower the opacity a bit, the new colors are really opaque. The original orange color will start to come in, so if that is messing with your new colors, try desaturating the fish.
